Welcome to UniMallGh. These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate your access to and engagement with the UniMallGh website and mobile application, a digital infrastructure developed and managed by Nemesis Tech ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering for, accessing, or utilizing our platform, you legally agree to be bound by these outlined Terms.

1. The Role of UniMallGh

UniMallGh operates strictly as a digital directory and logistical discovery platform tailored for the university community. We provide the digital infrastructure for student Buyers, local Vendors, and delivery Riders to connect. We are not an active party to any financial transaction. All commercial negotiations, monetary transfers, and physical deliveries are executed independently between the respective parties, primarily utilizing third-party channels such as WhatsApp.

2. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As an active participant in our campus ecosystem, you agree to the following operational standards:

• Information Accuracy: You commit to providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when configuring your account, listing inventory, or providing hostel delivery coordinates.
• Prohibited Inventory: You are strictly forbidden from listing or distributing illegal substances, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, or heavily regulated items that violate campus policies or regional laws.
• Community Respect: You agree to maintain professional and respectful communication with all Buyers, Vendors, and Riders. Harassment, spam, extortion, or abusive conduct will result in immediate platform expulsion.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Because Nemesis Tech provides the digital bridge rather than overseeing the physical handling of goods or financial processing, we cannot universally guarantee the quality, safety, or legal compliance of advertised items. Consequently:

• No Assumed Warranties: The UniMallGh platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We offer no explicit guarantees regarding the operational reliability of individual Vendors, the punctuality of independent Riders, or the physical condition of procured goods.
• Dispute Resolution: Any conflicts pertaining to payment discrepancies, defective merchandise, or logistical failures must be resolved directly between the transacting parties. Nemesis Tech and Osgood Achiaw Tawiah absorb no liability for any financial loss, physical damage, or commercial dispute stemming from platform-initiated connections.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We retain the absolute right to suspend, penalize, or permanently terminate the account of any user who breaches these Terms, participates in fraudulent activity, or threatens the safety and integrity of the UniMallGh community. We further reserve the right to audit or remove any product listing at our sole discretion, without prior notification.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The underlying source code, UI/UX design, corporate branding, and original platform architecture of the UniMallGh ecosystem remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nemesis Tech. Users are explicitly prohibited from replicating, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercially distributing any proprietary software components without formalized, written consent.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any given time to accurately reflect platform expansions, feature integrations, or shifts in legal jurisprudence. Your continued utilization of the UniMallGh platform following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated Terms.
